Return & Cancellation Policy

Because of the delicate nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns once an order has been processed and shipped. However, we do allow order cancellations, but they must be requested before your order leaves our facility. Once your package has shipped, we are no longer able to make changes or cancel the order.

If you need immediate assistance, would like to cancel your order, or if you have received an item that is damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please don’t hesitate to contact us at support@thepeptide.com.

Product Issues & Damages

We kindly ask that you inspect your package immediately upon delivery. If you notice any issues, such as receiving the wrong item, a damaged product, or anything defective, please reach out to us right away so we can look into the issue and resolve it promptly.

Refunds

If a refund is authorized, we will issue it back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that banks and credit card processors may take additional time to post the funds.
